The story behind eCom Pay
eCom Pay started on your side of the counter. Since 2007 our team has been building and growing online stores through our sister agency, eCom Pro, integrating payment gateways into hundreds of UK checkouts and learning the payments industry the way merchants experience it, from the inside of a live business.
Those years taught us exactly where merchants get hurt: opaque pricing, support you cannot reach, and automated risk models that judge good businesses without a human ever looking. We kept wishing a different kind of payment company existed. So in 2010 we built it.
eCom Pay is that company. Online payment processing is not a product line we added, it is the thing we came from. Every account gets a personal account manager, available 24/7 by phone, WhatsApp or email. Every application is handled by experienced underwriters who guide you step by step. Integration support comes from developers who have shipped hundreds of live checkouts. We are an independent, Muslim owned UK payment company, and proudly so.
